Announcing Elmet

We are thrilled to announce the world premiere of Elmet, our epic northern noir, created for Bradford 2025 City of Culture, coming this October!

Based on the 2017 Booker Prize-shortlisted novel by Fiona Mozley, and conceived and directed by our Founding Artistic Director, Javaad Alipoor, who grew up in Bradford, Elmet is an explosive story of family, revenge and the ultimate price of holding on to your dignity, set in the wilds of the West Riding.
