We're hiring! Producer

We are seeking an experienced PRODUCER to join our team.

A key member of TJAC’s core team, the Producer will lead on strategic delivery of our diverse range of ambitious and exciting new projects from 2026, including a UK tour, a new theatre commission, international development of new work, community projects and digital outputs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, highly organised, solution-driven producer confident in managing projects from concept through to delivery. You will lead produce the creation of original work for diverse UK and international audiences with a strong commitment to access and inclusivity.
